Refund Policy
1. Overview
95confident is sold directly by Market Your Products, Inc. Card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. When you qualify for a refund under this policy, we issue it from our Stripe account back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You qualify for a full refund if all three conditions below are met:
- This is your first paid subscription to 95confident. Renewals after a previous cancellation do not qualify.
- Your request is made within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
- You have generated fewer than 3 full reports in your account at the time of the request.
If all three conditions are met, we will refund the full Charges you paid for the current month, no questions asked.
Why the 3-report limit. Every report you generate uses language model compute, which is a real cost we incur per use. A report is also the deliverable you came for. Once you have produced 3 of them, the service has done its job. This limit keeps the guarantee fair for good-faith users and keeps the service sustainable.
3. Renewals
We do not automatically refund renewal charges. If you were charged for a new billing month you did not intend to renew:
- Email us within 7 days of the charge.
- If you have not generated any reports in the new billing month, we will refund that month as a one-time courtesy.
- If you have generated reports in the new billing month, no refund is available as the service was consumed.
This courtesy refund is available once per account.
4. Exceptions
We will issue a full or partial refund outside the standard policy in the following cases:
- The service was unavailable for an extended period affecting your ability to use 95confident.
- A report was clearly broken at our end — the system errored, returned empty output, or generated content unrelated to your inputs, and we could not fix it.
- You were charged in error, including duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or the wrong plan being billed.
- A refund is required by law in your jurisdiction. EU and UK consumer protections may grant you a right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. We comply with those requirements.

5. After the First 30 Days
We do not offer refunds for previous billing months once the 30-day window has passed. If you cancel, your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for and no further Charges are made.
6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
These are two separate actions.
- Cancellation stops future Charges. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued unless you also qualify under this policy.
- A refund returns Charges you have already paid.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings (which opens the Stripe billing portal) or by emailing us.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we will respond to the dispute through Stripe with documentation of your usage. A direct refund request is faster for you and avoids a chargeback dispute. Please contact us first.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email support@95confident.com with:
- The email address on your account
- The approximate date of purchase
- A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve)
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method.
